Get rid of all reminders, photos, and bits that remind you of her (you do not have to throw them away just put them out of sight like in a box). Get yourself in contact with some good friends (preferably away from her). Block her on ALL social media. And focus on hobbies that require time and attention, do not put on music or shows which are romantically inclined, put on documentaries or if your into music play different genres. Avoid dating or going on dating sites, this does not help and a bad rebound can impact you worse. The most important thing is to just focus on yourself, you are defined by more than a relationship and there are reasons it will have broken down. I have faith in you to do this!

Pretend it never happen for time being, find a distraction, and make yourself busy with other thing. Prioritize back everything and don't think about the 'break up' event. Until you gone through the exam. Broken heart can't be fixed in a night. Little you know that your brain can ignore your nose in between your eyes. Same thing applies to 'break up' event. Gotta find a good workaround, mate.

Seek professional help, I had a similar situation and tried to go through uni without really addressing it, eventually failed out of uni due to depression and I still have to fix the depression part. If you are really fucked up you could probably get a health sabbatical from uni
