Tỏi bóc vỏ, thái lát mỏng. Dùng dao tách bông cải xanh thành từng miếng vừa ăn, rửa sạch với nước. Đun nóng một ít dầu olive trong chảo, cho tỏi vào phi thơm, cho bông cải xanh vào, đậy nắp đun nhỏ lửa cho bông cải chín, cho muối và tiêu vào, đảo đều cho ngấm gia vị rồi tắt bếp.
