Nguyên liệu & sơ chế: Bắp non, boa-rô, gừng gọt vỏ, rồi đem rửa sạch để ráo. Sau đó lấy bắp non cắt lát xéo, đậu hủ non cắt khoanh tròn, boa-rô lấy phần đầu trắng cắt mỏng, gừng cắt sợi nhỏ, rong tóc tiên cắt đoạn ngắn rồi ngâm nước trước khi nấu 5 phút.
Nấu soup: Cho 1.5 lít nước vào nồi rồi nấu sôi. Khi nước sôi thì cho từ từ chén bột năng đã khuấy loãng với 7 muỗng canh nước vào & khuấy đều, nước sánh nhẹ xong để bắp non vào, khi bắp nổi lên thì nêm gia vị: hạt nêm, nước tương, đường. Tiếp tục cho đậu hũ non vào, thấy đậu hũ nổi lên thì để rong tóc tiên đã vắt ráo nước vào (lúc đang cho từng ít tóc tiên phải dùng đũa khuấy cho rời ra). Nồi soup sôi trở lại thì tắt bếp & cho boa-rô, gừng vào.
Thành phẩm: soup tóc tiên ngon và nóng hổi, dùng ăn sáng những ngày trời lạnh rất ấm bụng nhé.
