Đậu hũ non rửa sạch, cắt thịt nguội và đậu hũ non thành từng miếng vừa ăn. Tỏi bóc vỏ, cắt mỏng thành từng khoanh tròn.
Nấm đông cô, nấm kim châm, nấm linh chi trắng cắt bỏ gốc, rửa sạch, cho ra đĩa. Kim chi cải thảo cắt thành từng miếng vừa ăn.
Phi thơm tỏi với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong chảo, cho 2 muỗng canh tương ớt vào, đảo đều khoảng 30 giây.
Đổ 1 lít nước vào, nấu sôi. Khi nước sôi, cho kim chi cải thảo vào, nấu cùng.
Cho nấm kim chi, nấm đông cô, nấm linh chi trắng vào. Nêm gia vị 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh đường trắng, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm chay cho vừa ăn, nấu sôi là được.
Cuối cùng, cho đậu hũ non, thịt nguội vào, nấu thêm 5 phút.
